What ContractMove is
ContractMove is an AI-assisted contract review tool that helps individuals understand contract language and identify practical discussion points before signing. It is designed for ordinary, non-regulated contracts such as freelance agreements, residential leases, service agreements, employment offers, and similar everyday documents.
What ContractMove is not
ContractMove is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. Nothing generated by ContractMove constitutes or should be treated as legal advice. Using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship of any kind.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing the AI-generated output against the original contract text before relying on it.
You are responsible for verifying accuracy — AI can and does make errors.
You are responsible for consulting a qualified attorney for high-value transactions, disputed matters, regulated industries, or any situation where getting it wrong creates serious legal exposure.
You must not submit contracts containing information about other people without their consent.
You must not use ContractMove for illegal purposes.
When you must use a lawyer
Get qualified legal advice for: any dispute or threatened lawsuit; contracts worth more than you can afford to lose; employment terminations; real estate transactions; regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, construction); immigration matters; family law; criminal matters; tax planning; securities; or any agreement with unusual governing law or arbitration provisions.
Accuracy and limitations
AI-generated reviews may be incomplete, incorrect, or miss context that a lawyer would catch. ContractMove makes no warranty — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated review. Use it as a starting point, not a final answer.
Pricing and payments
During the launch period, full reviews are free. Future pricing will be displayed on the Pricing page before any charge is applied. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Refund terms are described on the Refund page.
Service availability
ContractMove uses third-party AI providers and infrastructure. Reviews may be delayed or unavailable during provider outages, maintenance, or high demand. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Intellectual property
The review output generated for your submitted contract belongs to you. The ContractMove platform, prompts, and software are our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContractMove is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
