What to include in support requests
Include the report link, a short description of what went wrong, and whether the issue is about upload, generation, report quality, privacy, or deletion.
Payment status
Payment is not required during launch validation. Paid support language will return only after checkout is enabled.
Deletion requests
Users can request deletion of uploaded files and reports through the data deletion page.
